Terms of Service

Statero provides AI usage and cost tracking tools for mobile and web applications, including a hosted API, console dashboard, SDKs, and optional integrations (such as RevenueCat). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys. Keys must be kept confidential and used only on servers you control, never in client-side code exposed to end users. You are liable for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the API (excessive load, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits)
• Send false or misleading usage data
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission

Statero calculates AI costs using published model pricing where available. Pricing catalogs may change as providers update their rates. Metrics and reports are provided “as is” for informational purposes; you remain responsible for your own billing decisions with AI providers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

You may stop using Statero at any time and delete apps from the console Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, API keys stop working immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on cost estimates shown in the dashboard.
